How to Control the Background Paper Rolls
I bought a Savage Port-a-Stand and 3 Rolls of 53" background paper. I set one of the rolls up & pulled the paper down & it just kept rolling to the floor accordian style. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? The only thing I can think of is using a clamp to hold it in place. Is that the best solution?

Large spring clamps attached to the center of the roll AND the pole help. A Bogen Autopole System, although a tad pricey, is an excellent way too. That puts multiple seamless rolls of the same length on a roller system with a chain pull that works like a stage curtain or window shades. Works great, but not too portable. And, btw, paper can be rolled back onto the tube but for long rolls, having a helper do that with you makes it much easier with one person at each end. Take it light ;>). Mark

Thank you so much Mark. I will definitely be getting some spring clamps.
