Frustrated With Image Sequence On Uploader

Does anyone have any suggestions for uploading 400 - 500 event pictures to my deluxe BP site and getting them in the order from beginning to end. Currently, you can only upload 50 at a time, the pictures load from the end to the beginning, and after the first 50 pictures are in, the next 50 load out of sequence themselves, not to mention out of sequence with the previous upload. Using BPs number sorter is a tremendous headache. Has anyone conquered this issue that can help me?

This was dated back to 2004, and sums up my frustration perfectly!!

It's a pain having to sit her and use the drag and drop feature to get my images back into chronilogical order every time I upload pictures.
I've selected both settings, newer pics first, then newer pics last, and it did no good...the darn uploader always reverses the order of my images from folder. And forget about uploading 130+ images into a gallery with ease. Three different uploads, and a good 30-40 minutes of dropping and dragging, all the while comparing the order they should be in to my opened folder that the images were just copied from.

I hope this gets fixed soon.
