Your camera is, perhaps, a 40-year old rangefinder that accepts films oa ASA25 - 500 [today ISO 50 to 400, probably, will be the highest you can shoot today.

So, look to Fuji Velvia chromes for saturated slides. You can look to Kodak and Fuji print films. Just remember to increase your exposure using print film by a minimum of one stop to improve saturation.

Standard print films, like Fujifilm Superia XTRA 400, Kodak UltraMax 400 or High Definition 400 have pretty good color saturation, and it can be enhanced by rating at ISO 320 or 250 to get a denser negative, but you'll have to have an attentative lab make prints to keep them from printing them too light.

Don't know about Fujifilm, but I think Kodak still makes enhanced saturation and color print film called Ultra Color 100UC and 400UC, and Portra 160VC and 400VC (VC = "vivid color").

With slide films you'd do the opposite, rating them 1/3 stop or so faster ISO than their stated ISO since slight under-exposure will enhance color saturation. Eg, set ISO for 125 if shooting ISO 100 slide film. For slide films formulated to give more vivid colors and saturation, look for Fujifilm's Velvia 50 and 100 and Kodak Elite Chome ExtraColor 100 and Professional E100 VS.

A Minolta Himatic F. My gawd. You may want to think about calling a museum. In all seriousness, ISO 400 Fuji Superia Extra gives very good color saturation. I've used Fuji film since I was in europe in 1979.

Have fun and keep shooting,
Mark H.
