The Tiffen 80 series or Kodak Wratten 80 series filters are used to balance daylight film for use in tungsten lit situations. Probably you will want to use an 80A filter. As far as which exposure settings you should use, it's impossible to offer a good suggestion without knowing more specifics, such as your film speed, (ISO), the focal length of your lens and the actual light level of the room you'll be shooting in. You need some sort of metering system to answer that part of your question.
