Usage rights for client I'm currently in the process of writing the usage rights for a batch of photographs taken for a client. 90% of their use of my images will be in simple photo galleries on the business website. (Including a slideshow on their front page featuring 20 of my photographs) I'm in the process of negotiating a deal with the client where I will discount my price for advertising in their office but also would like to use their images for my own promotions. How would I word the usage agreement that would allow me to create Calendars, photobooks, postcards, etc. to promote my business?? And only to promote my own business- I wouldn't offer them as stock. BTW, they will be using one image as the background for a 30 foot billboard, and another is used on their helicopters as part of their logo. I would only include those photographs as part of a tear-sheet or port-folio. Thanks for your time and patience! :)
