Enlarger parts

I just bought an old Bogen T-35 ( you can look at here if needed - http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7548531157&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1 )
But the glass thingy that focuses the light is messed up. (by gthingy I mean the pieces that has 2 pieces of rounded glass inverted on top of each other ) One of the pieces had gotten wedged in and created some scratching and other marks. Amy ideas on where I get a new piece for this? Can I just buy the new piece or is the whole enlarger trash?

Thanks,
J.D.

Those "glass thingies" are the condenser lenses, or simply the condenser. I'd go ahead and try it. I could be wrong, but I don't think scratches on the condensers make much difference.
