CF card file recovery????? Hello, I have just gone through a file on my CF card to check out the pictures from today and now the file has disappeared! There were 87 pictures in thet file from a day of shooting my friends rock climbing. Is there any way to recover lost data on CF cards? I don't know what happened to the file, if it was deleted accidently or what, I dunno! Please help! Mike.

Mike I think if you take it to a pro printer or computer guru, you may be able to recover it, but I don't think so if you actually "deleted" the files. Sorry, I'm not much help!

Hey, thanks for trying Natalie. Actually, I recovered the files on my own. Somehow, the folder in question wound up being moved within another folder. It was still on the card the whole time. I was just not looking in the right place. Imagine my relief upon discovering the error! Cheers,

Mike and to any one else experiencing the same problem , I read in Photographic magazine you can go to datarescue.com . I think it cost about 30 to 40 bucks and it will recover those lost or accidently deleted pictures I've never used it but if it really works it would be worth it! glad you found your pictures.
