Hi Dave I Use a D70 I Have Had No Problems With It, Its Iso Is Minumin 200 But Still Gives Very Nice Detail And Color Rendition The D100 I Have No Experience With Im Sure It Does a Fine Job Too,I Would Stress That You Use Nikon Glass In The Fast 2.8 Aperture For Either Camera Here Is a Link To Reviews On Both Cameras. http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/specs/Nikon/
