Photography Question

Cropped too tight!!!!!!! HELP!!


 
 
I recently took a shot that I wasn't really paying attention to and cropped it too tight. Naturally that is the one the bride chose to have enlarged to an 11x14, but of course, as we all know, this will cut off the picture from the top and the bottom.

I experimented in Photoshop Elements with canvasing, but don't know if I did it right because the picture looked to be reduced in quality when I moved it over and got it resized on the new canvas.

I'm scared that when it's finally blown up to an 11x14 with the framing that I want that it's going to be poor quality...

Any ideas???

Canvas sizing won't help you here. In fact, there's only one thing you can do, assuming you don't want to lose any image - Simply print it proportional (or full frame) on a sheet of 11x14 paper, and live with whatever bordering occurs.
