Dry Mounting To Paper

I need to dry mount photos to paper using a dry mount press and archival dry mount tissue. I am having problems with the paper curling and the corners of the pictures not adhering. I have been using the press at about 225 degrees for 1 minute 30. I am wondering if there is a different temperature or time frame that works better for paper.

Before I press photos I first tak it down with an Taking Iorn. First I tak the tissue in the middle then flip it over (with the pix side showing) and tak down 3 sides of the tissue to the matt bord. Then into the press.
