Wierd Picture Outcome


 
 
Some of my pictures have an array of light and colors at various places with the photos. No settings have been changed on the camera.

It may be perfectly normal to completely abnormal - depending on numerous factors.

Are the "arrays" of light and color kind of circular? are they streaks? If we can see an example, we might be able to help explain them... :-)
