Photoshop Elements I am taking pitures of a event and want to include a title bar naming the event and logo. How do I create this bar to fit two sizes of prints 5x7 & 8x10 I just want the bar to be as wide as the page is and placed at the bottom. Is there a way to create this bar and copy it into all images at the same time?

use canvas size. it's under the image title bar. make the image sized to have room, then increase the canvas size to 5x7 or 8x10 Or you could make a new 1x5 image of the logo and cut/copy and keep pasting it onto every photo.

should've told you the background color square at the bottom of the tool bar, or tool pallete whichever you call it. pick white if you want the paper to be white at the bottom.

If you wish to just have the text and logo overlayed on the picture, then you can go to file/new/set size for like 5 in. x 1 in.,resolution at 72 ppi if for web, or 300 +/- dpi for print, with background transparent. then type text yu need, create a new layer and add logo. Select all and merge visible layers. Save this in photoshop's format of .psd; then you can open and copy this anytime you wish to paste into an image. Since it is a layer, you can also resize it to fit othe picture sizes. Just remember to set color of text and amount of transparecy prior to actually typing the text.
