Consider The School of Visual Arts in Manhattan. SVA.edu They have a nice program that is mixed with technical and art skills. ICP is also very good, but they focus more on the tech side. The Academy of Art in SF is a very good art school in general. Decide where you want to be geographically and what your career focus will be then pose the question again.
