Membership Ok, my membership is up today. I have never received a notice to renew like I have in previous years. I went to the site to renew and paid the $49 dollars for the membership except, I think it is as if I was a new member. I used all the same information but it appears to be a new membership for another "me". Makes no sense, I know. Anyway, how do I contact someone to make sure I don't lose my photos and have to start all over again as another " me" ?

Harriet, the same thing just happened to me. Were you able to get your original account back? I have emailed BP and am waiting a response but I was curious how things worked out for you.

I am also interested in how this worked out for you. I have been a BetterPhoto member for roughly 10 years. I've spent the past year with my nose firmly to the grindstone finishing up graduate school. This left me with no time for photography--or much of anything else in the social life department! I just realized a few days ago that my membership has expired. Like both of you, I never received any notification to renew as I always have in the past. After reading your posts, I'm a little apprehensive about what will happen to my account if I renew. Did you ever get a response from BetterPhoto customer service?

Everything did work out okay. When I renewed my membership it did create a new account for me instead of crediting my existing account. I emailed BP, and shortly after my inquiry concerning this, my original account was restored. Whew. I was a little nervous there for awhile!
