my gallery upgrade Hi Guys, My Deluxe site expired back in July.. I was not able to renew at that time.. I finally got to renew and chose the Classic Gallery . However, I was able to acquire the funds to renew my Deluxe site, which I prefer, and did so a few days ago... Both charges have come out of my banking account. The 49.00 and the 129.00 Will I not get credit for the upgrade from Classic to Deluxe, they were only a few days apart. I really would like a response . Thank you in advance.. Hi Ken, I know you are a longstanding member/contributor of BetterPhoto.. I did as you suggested , but have had no response... I have had customers try to access my website using my domain...lasstudio.com and only come up with some jibberish... don't understand... BetterPhoto has taken both of my payments for the Classic and the Deluxe and no one can access my website... Is there a number that I can call and speak with someone?? I have some upcoming art shows and I am not comfortable handing out my card.. I had several people try to access my website today.. still no luck.. either Classic or Deluxe... When I sign on to BP, of course I can see the Classic Version.. All I want is to see one of the other and get $$ credit for my two payments... Anyway you can help or forward this or tell me who to call?? No one has responded to me at all... I don't want to put this on the community forum unless I have to...Sorry if I am pestering you...Linda

You will have to get through to someone to get this resolved. They have no way to know you wanted to have just the website and not have both. Many of us have both, so maybe you should email Jim directly if you can't get a response from the support people. (jim@betterphoto.com).. Worth a try.
