Transparent Gridlines on digital images What are the gridlines that show up on digital photos once resized? Is it from increasing dpi, changing pixels size, compression...? How does one prevent these from appearing? I have seen this on some other photos on BePho. I don't have them until I resize it for submission. Then sometimes I get them and sometimes I don't. I usually try resizing the photo diff ways until they are gone or less noticeable, but sometimes they stay no matter what I try. Any suggestions?
