How to contact of a BP rep/admin person Sorry to have to post this here. For MANY months I've attempted multiple times using various avenues to contact BP admin re account issues. Not a hint of a response. There is no direct contact link provided on the BP website. So I'm trying this indirect approach. Anyone know how to make contact with a responsible BP human? Thanks, Dan

Just my opnion, but with the recent upgrade and the many, many problems that have come up with it, I think Jim is super focused on getting the website bugs fixed. What are the problems you've been having with your account? Maybe someone else here had them and found a fix.

I go to the Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/betterphoto/ I usually get some kind of response...whether it's from Jim or another member. bpsupport@betterphoto.com is the last email address I have where I actually got a pretty quick response to a question I had.
