Jpeg Artifacts I recently uploaded an entry into the contest. I made the image with a blurred background. When I converted it to a jpeg, artifacts and wavy lines etc. showed up in the background. Then when I uploaded it into the contest it looked even worse. Is there anything I can do about this? Please help. Kevin N.
