my last 2 images I up loaded are sideways what do I do to fix it and from happening again thank you Paul Maher

Hi Paul,
Some editing programs auto-rotate images without saving them that way, which sounds like it might be the case here. In other words, the images may look in the proper orientation prior to uploading, but aren't. So make sure to do a final save of the image(s) in your editing program before uploading.
