My images won't upload because they are too big. How do I reduce the size of my images? May I e-mail them to you so you can resize them to whatever you need for your application?

Chris J. Browne 		  Use any version of photoshop, elements, photodeluxe to shrink the image by changing the number of pixels to meet the size constraints. Save in JPG highest quality (Quicktime compression is only about 4:1 and looks like a tif).

Chip Blair 		  I reduced the size to 666X500 which is what Better photo.com asks for and the image still will not upload.

Chris J. Browne 		  Make sure your browser is compatible and the jpg or tif is 24-bit rgb. The tif should have no compression or alpha channels.
