Opening a picture in Photoshop Elements
I'm having trouble with the clarity of pictures that I open in photoshop elements 2.0 that are added to a template. They are very blurred when I do this.....I use the move tool to get the picture onto the template and then resize with the arrows. Can anyone help me with why this happens or what else I can try? Thanks
