Camera Repair
I have a minolta x-700 and recently I pulled the shutter curtain from the inside, meaning that I didnt actually rip the shutter curtain itself, but took it out of the inside. How can I fix this?

Take a look under the repair heading at KEH.com or telephone their service department. If the service manager thinks it's worth fixing, he'll tell you. If I were you, I wouldn't try to fix it on your own unless you've got the necessary skills and proper tools for that kind of mission. Mark

There should be a second be a second shutter curtain in your camera that must remain in synch with the other curtain. I too, suggest professional repair. If the repair costs over $120, you may want to think about the purchase of a new body. The X700 is redily available on ebay. Have fun and keep shooting, Mark H.
