maxima 60xl I have a samsung maxima 60xl camera. when I try to take a picture, error message 53 appears. Do you know what I can do to fix this problem?

Check in the Troubleshooting section of your manual. It should list some error messages and what to do to fix it.

Well, it's probably time to get a new camera. I doubt a Samsung P&S manual would be of any help in deciphering error codes. Most likely it is a broken zoom, shutter, or film advance mechanism. Repair isn't worth the value of the camera. I doubt Samsung even supports any of their film cameras anymore.
