Printing a greeting card with epson 2200 I have an Epson 2200 and 7x10 Red River greeting card paper. I can't get the photo to print correctly. There isn't a 7x10 size so I check user defined. When I put the paper in, part of the photo runs off the page. The instructions that came with the cards say to use the thick setting. The only thick setting I can find on the Epson 2200 is manual feed. Is it necessary to manual feed the greeting card. It is 60lb Polar Matte paper. When I manual feed the paper it doesn't allow me to change the paper size from 8 1/2 x 11. Any help you can give me would be great. Thanks.

You might need to set up your file as an 8.5x11 rather than the 7x10. In other words, "lie" to the computer. Slide your 7x10 file to a new 8.5x11 file of the same ppi, and place it in the top right or left portion. Then when you insert your Red River note card stock, the printer may think it's letter size, and print correctly. Michael H. Cothran www.mhcphoto.net

Thank you so much. I increased the canvas size to 8 1/2 x 11 and made a few test prints on plain paper I cut to 7x10. I just made 2 cards and it worked. Thanks again. You saved me hours of frustration.
