Bogen 22 enlarger
I just purchased a Bogen 22a enlarger and cannot seem to get the negative to produce any picture at all. Am I missing something important here or could something be wrong with the enlarger?

Do you have the negative in the carrier, and inserted in the enlarger? Do you have a lens mounted in the enlarger? Can you see the image on your paper with the enlarger turned on? Is your paper in upside down? Are you exposing the paper long enough? Could be many things.
