Canon i9100 printer I have no other way to put this...let me think....arrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!! Does anyone out there in the online camera world have a Canon i9100 printer?! Mine, as much as I love and adore it is giving me some HUGE problems. For example, it's printing lines on all my photos. Also, it keeps printing the photos lighter then they should be. If anyone has solved this problem please please lend me your help!

Maybe it's time to clean the print heads. If you were printing fine before and you have not printed any photo for a while, the print heads may clog. My Canon S9000 is similar to your i9100 except mine does not have direct printing. So I always print from a PC. What I do is to send an image to the printer. When it prompts me to confirm the setting and number of pages to print, I click on the 'Maintenance' tab on the top. Then choose the deep cleaning. Sometimes you have to do more than once to really clean the heads. After that, try to print on a 4x6 paper and see if it gets better. Hope this helps.
