How to develop Black & White film I am mainly interested in shooting black and white film and scanning the film with a 35mm scanner onto my hardrive. Rather than go to a commercial film and print developer I would like to develop the negatives myself and print only the copies I like. I did this in college many years ago but don't remember the process or equipment needed. Byt doing this I could also by bulk film and load only what I needed for a particular project. I guess I am asking for help and suggestions on developing black and white neg's. Thanks Patrick

Need a stainless steel spiral cause they're better than plastic. A developing tank with top. Film developer(Tmax is common), fixer, timer makes it easier, thermometer. Development time depends on temperature. To do prints you need an enlarger, paper, paper developer, already have the fixer from doing film, trays, safelight, tongs make it easier, contrast filters for printing so you can get the crisp contrast.
