canon Q8200A


i have came across a camera to buy from a guy and need to know a little bit about it I think it is a canon Q8200A that is the only number anywhere on it if anyone knows anything about it and the price of one right now I would be very grateful

  It's not a Canon, and it is a scam. It is a very cheap camera with a styled body that looks like an SLR, but it has no more function than a typical single-use camera and is only worth ~$15. They are sold by unscrupulous thieves for obscene amounts (sometimes over $200) to unsuspecting people who aren't familiar with cameras. Do not be taken in.

  p.s. I believe this is what you're looking at:
Q8200". Also known as "Canon DL-9000",Olympia DL-2000", and other deceptive names. Repeating, it is a cheap POS (I was being very generous in valuing it at $15) made by an unknown manufacturer not associated with Canon, Olympus, Nikon, or any other reputable camera maker.
