Filter mount for wide angle lens

I've read similar articles in this forum but still can't figure out what to pick.

Lots of pictures from my 28-200 lens with the circular polarizer have the dark corners. Now I need another cir pol for a 19-35 lens, should I get the slim mount version? And should other filters I get for it have to be the slim mount?

thanks,
joe

If your lens is 77mm wide, you may need to get a 82mm slim CPL and a step up ring. On the safe side, bring your camera to the store and try it out before buying. Hope this helps.

I Use Standard Mount On My 28/70mm Without A Problem, I Think Your Nearing The Slim Mount On The 19/35mm As The 17/55mm Required The Slim Version On My Nikon Joe!
