connecting flash bracket to F100

I purchased the Stroboframe Camera Flip flash bracket & the SC-28 TTL Remote Cord but I can't seem to figure out how to connect the flash to the camera. Seems like you need another cord?! Am I missing something? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

One end of the cord with the metal plate on top that looks like your camera's hot shoe, that's the end of the cord you mounted on the extended arm of the bracket. There should be a red screw that you can loosen the clamp, slide that end in and tighten the screw to secure it. Then you mount the flash on top of that end. The other end of the cord, you just slide that onto the hot shoe of your F100. Hope this helps.
