cool idea My daughter took my grandchild Kathryn to a child birthday party. They hired a professional photographer to come set up a photo booth and they took image's of all the kids separately The parents loved the pictures and the kids were having so much fun at the photo booth. Might be a good way for a photographer to make a few dollars.

A friend of mine did something similar. She had a "glamour shot" themed party for her daughter's 12th birthday and some of her daughter's friends. She set up a little studio in her basement, provided props (costume jewelry, cheap feather boas etc) makeup, did their hair and then took glamour shots of the girls. The girls LOVED it. She sent each girl home with a 4X6 print of their favorite pose and the next day got calls from the other parents wanting to buy prints. It's a pretty good idea and like you said Kerby, you could make some money while you're at it.

Hi Dayna, That was a cool idea with a little older kids with glam party. I bet the kids had a ball. The party Kathryn went to was for three to six year olds. Those kids had fun too at the photo booth. Not all the time do parents get nice professional images of their kids and I know the parents and grandparents love it. I think it be a cool way for a photographer to make some extra money if they like doing child photography.

Another idea... My son and his wife just had a baby and at the hospital they had a photographer that came by and asked if they wanted professional photo's of their baby. The photographer had a little studio set up and I think my son and his wife got like 12-15 pictures for fifty dollars on a disc. They said it worth every dime to have the images. If you could set up working with a hospital it be a way to make some money too.
