Model Release, what age is legal? At what age is a model able to sign a contract for themselves? I heard it was age 21 for Americans, but that can't be because you can pose nude at age 18 without parent permission. So is the age 18 or 21? I need to get a release signed by an 18 year old and a 20 year old and I hope they can sign on their own. Help is appreciated, thanks!
