Right to sell photos of civil war reenactment
I want to photograph a civil war reenactment and am wondering about the right to put the photos on my webpage to offer photos to participants & the public for viewing and/or sale. Do I need permission from all recognizable people in the photo or just from the Association that is in charge of the event? I assume I need permission from each recognizable person in each photo if I intend to sell those photos unless the Association in charge has made previous agreements with participants. I would like to know my right to photograph and/or sell before contacting the Association in charge. Thanks!
