Model Releases when travelling I have recently started trying to sell some of my recent travel images to tour operators, local tour operators and travel magazines - from short trips within Europe,. However until now have avoided including people images , because of the problem of model release. Would operators and magazines etc require a model release from everyone you photograph(full frame or in background)? How does this work if you take a beautiful candid shot in the street do you then have to approach the subject waving a piece of paper around saying please can you sign this :0)! I fidn it easy photographing people but if I had to get model relases for every travel shot before trying to sell it , I am not sure how to go about this. any advice woudl be great . Thanks Nathan
