Legal Rights?
I have attended a music festival and shot several bands. I shot as an audience member, without a photo pass.What legal rights to I have to these photos? Am I allowed to post them to my web site as a showcase for my talent in order to get work shooting on assigment? I do not plan to sell the images, only to use them to promote myself.

You must get written permission from the subject before you can benifite from the shot. If you don't, you put yourself at risk. Ariel
