Waiver for Taking Strangers Photos? When shooting people/strangers, etc do most of you get a waiver signed? Is there something on line somewhere I can download?

You need a release if you plan on using the photo for anything other than personal or editorial use, It is always best to get one. Check this site out for information. http://www.danheller.com/model-release.html Also, if you do a search for model release in Google, you will find many that you may have to slightly modify.
