2x1 renew gallery offer I want to renew my gallery but when I fill my email the system says that the mail already exists and prompt for a password that is not my betterphoto password. ¿Which partner checkout service is betterphoto using? It seems I'm registered but I don't know which one is. Thank you!

Mine did the same thing. I had to use my old BP password for the payment processing part. It took me awhile to figure that out. lol

Thank you, Dayna! Finally I had to use another email address and a new password. I also had to contact the Betterphoto staff to register the purchase. Luckily it worked!
