Hi, I want to find out when I joined BP. Does anyone know where I can find this information?

There is a way, just not so obvious.
Go to My profile - Edit Bio and delete all text from the box (you can select all and cut if you want it back later). Click Update button on the bottom.
Now go to My BetterPholio - View Gallery. In you gallery click on About button and you will see "This photographer has been a BetterPhoto member since ...". Voila!
Go back to Edit bio and put the text back (paste) and Update.
