Cannot Enter Contest For the 2nd day now I cannot enter the contest. I posted a photo on Sunday afternoon and on Monday morning went to post a new one. It said my photo had been entered into the contest on Monday...Now this morning I can upload the image but it says I have Reached my Limit for contest entries. I couldn't enter yesterday, now today I cannot enter again. I did reach customer service, but they didn't see anything wrong...Clearly the time thingy is messed up. I have never had this problem in all the years I have been posting here...

I'm having a similar problem. The BP site says I've exceeded the max number of images; e.g, 1000, such that I can't enter the contest. I unchecked 7 for display, leaving 993 images, and same symptom. Unable to enter contest. Logged out and back in, and same thing.

HELP US JIM!! I've had this problem for 2 days. I can't enter 3 images, instead somehow my image from March contest disappeared and was entered in April, already with an Editor's Pick badge.

Not sure whether others' issues got resolved, but here's mine. Twice this month (on June 6 and now today June 9) my upload didn't "take". When I didn't see my entry in either my Member Center or Recent Entries, I tried a second upload. This time the image showed up in my Member Center BUT there's no way to enter it in the contest because I've "already entered" - which I haven't. On the 6th, I tried yet again and did finally get the image into my Member Center, but still had no way to enter it in the day's contest. I deleted and tried again. Still no go. I gave up. I waited three days and tried the same image again - a jpg, 800x800, about 790 KB. I thought maybe it's too big, so I reduced to quality to bring it well under 500 KB. Still can't get it in. And if it's the case that a file is too large, the system should tell us that when we are unsuccessful. There are often problems with uploads, whether because of the system or because the maker sees something he/she wants to fix or change. We used to be able to delete and put a new entry in the contest as long as it was the same day. Now if there's a mess-up, regardless of the cause, we're out of luck.

Nikki, the same thing just happened to me. I submitted a photo to the contest and it doesn't appear anywhere on the BP site. And now it says that I've reached my limit for today so I can't resubmit the photo to the contest. I just emailed BP Support.

Terri, Try doing an upload to your Manage/enter but NOT entering the contest - check the "do not display" box. Then go in again and enter from Manage/enter. That worked for me the last couple of days.

Nikki, I just tried what you suggested and it worked! Thank you! Still, I hope they get the problem figured out so we don't have to work around the problem. No worries regarding the spelling of my name!!
