My Glasses
They let me see things very sharp. What would I do without these!!!

Flipping 90 deg counter-clockwise, adding Gaussian Blur and using layer masks in PS CS2 working at 200% magnification to only erase the blurred glasses portion, some cloning, and some playing with sliders in Nik Silver EFX and Topaz Adjust. All in all it took a good hour of post processing to reach this point.
