In The Days of Old
Fires Would Burn In The Family TeePee's
Of The Native Indians On Cold Winter Nights.
The Warm Heat Would Rise To The Top Keeping Their Precious Little Babies Toasty And
Safe And Warm.

Having The Child's Hammock Higher Up Also Kept The Baby Out of Dangers Way From Animals In The Night.

Original Image Taken At:
"BUFFALO HEAD SMASHED IN"

I will include the image BEFORE DDR for those of you who like to look.

I also edited some distractions out for the final entry with the healing tool in PSE7 such as
that white thing on the ground, and several other little things that took my eye away from the baby.
(Mainly on the TeePee itself).

I also used the SMUDGE tool in PSE7 with a fine tip to better define the baby's head and face.

Thank You So Much Monnie, John, Tammers, Chrissy, NN Kitty, Wm and SSSKiki!!!

TeePee's are really cool, in fact you guys, SSSKiki and I were in a real one together at HERITAGE PARK, CALGARY (Right Sis???) and it had a fire going in it!!! YES IT WAS HOT IN THERE!!! ANY poor baby could have really overheated as the heat even had our feet warm! It was consuming heat.

At the top ANY real TeePee there is a way to pull back the flap of animal skin or thick tarp with a rope to regulate the heat however.. Like an exhaust pipe or chimney if you will.

Very engenious invention.

Thank You All For The Visit!

-Laura :)

  Laura, wonderful image.

I have been in a tepee when it is 80f outside and inside with the bottoms slightly rolled up for ventilation, cool and just comfortable. I was amazed

Great choice for a re-submit, Pom!
Sorry about the current unavailability of your Frac. filter. You work such magic with its many variations. Best of luck "getting with the program".
