My passion and delight is creating images of our world. Be it the joy I get from spending time in nature observing animals, chasing pets around the yard with my camera recording their antics, or humans exploring the world around them.

I have to admit indulging myself is time outdoors in a beautiful place in the world, be it Alaska, Africa, or the rocky mountains of north america.

My mother handed me a camera when I was in grade school and said shoot us (mom and dad) working with our horses. So I spent hours hanging on the fence recording their work. My first photography lesson was to scan my eye around the perimeter of the image in the view finder and make sure there wasn't anything that interfered with the impact of the image. Mother stressed composition.

I want to share my photos with the world to make our world a better place. Whether it is saving wildlife, preserving their habitat, teaching conservationism, or encouraging people to help others in need. I want my images to move the spirit.
