Photography has been a passion of mine for many years. There is nothing like the joy of capturing a special moment in time and being able to get the photograph of a lifetime. Photography soothes my soul. I enjoy taking photographs of landscapes, animals and flowers. Sunsets and horses are among my favorites.

I was born in West Virginia which is one of the most beautiful states I have ever seen. Currently, I reside in North Carolina with my family.

Since September of 2006, I have been seriously working on my portfolio with the goal of having my work published. My photograph "Farmer's Pride" has been published in two books and two of my photographs of the Grist Mill at Babcock State Park were published in books. I have done work for Alamance Magazine, Chapel Hill Magazine and Durham Magazine. One of my photographs is the cover of the November 2007 issue of Alamance Magazine.
