Aloha! My name is Layton Burdette, but my family and friends call me Skip. I have been into photography since I was 6 years old (45 years). I still have my first camera, "Sure Shot Jr."(Box Camera), but have acquired over 350 different cameras of all ages and types, from the 1800's to the present, and over 200 lenses over the years. Some people think I'm nuts to collect cameras, but I love it. After a back injury, I have been basically forced to make a living as a photographer, which really doesn't hurt my feelings one bit! My style varies, as you can see in my gallery. I love shooting nature, macro, geometrics, architecture, and abstract.
