08/26/07, Yamaguchi, Japan. It's been beastly hot since I arrived in my new town and have been beastly busy settling in and getting ready for new job---but took a couple hours off anyway to get a few shots of the area. This interesting footbridge is just about the only landmark that I remember vividly from my time in Yamaguchi (Ogori) seven years ago, and it turns out that I'm now living about three minutes walk from it. Actually, the hue of the sky was a bit different and quite beautiful as it was, but it was the same colour as the bridge, so thought I'd change it a bit for contrast. Also cloned out the standard in Japan---minimum of about 30 cables and ten poles! Sorry to everyone for being unresponsive to comments--it took a month to get internet connection and this is my first evening online at home!

Thanks so much for the encouragement, Geraldine and Dominick! If you ever hear of a program that automatically clones out cables, let me know. It's well worth any price in Japan! #4825973Brinn MacDougall September 22, 2007
