After taking hundreds of pictures with a "point and shoot camera", I decided that I wanted to upgrade and really focus on photography. Being retired, I have that opportunity. I purchase a Nikon D3300 package and a few accessories to start with. I decided to upgrade a little, tilt screen, and went to a D5300. So far I have been able take some very interesting and good pictures. I have learned much, but am way behind the curve. I've been on a couple of outings with my photography club, and I'm doing a "National Geography Photography Class". I have made my "photo bucket list", which keeps getting bigger.

I like a wide variety of subjects and interests to photograph, people, landscapes, transportation, macro, animals, and hopefully through my telescope looking at the heavens.
