Classes for Beginners I am thinking about taking an online course. I own a Kodak Easyshare DX7590. I have had the camera for about 9 months. I would really like to get better at taking pictures. I am just not sure where I should start.

Hi Tricia, Thanks for your interest in BetterPhoto's online courses. With your camera (i.e., exposure overrides and a zoom lens), you have several excellent options for beginner courses. Some suggestions, in no particular order: Fundamentals of Photography Made Easy by Jim Zuckerman Getting Started: How to Make Great Photographs by Jed Manwaring Jump Start to Digital Photography by Susan and Neil Silverman Each of these courses is slightly different, so you'll want to check out the Course Outline and Course Q&A for each. Those will help you in your decision-making - although you really wont' go wrong with any of them. Hope this helps, Tricia!

Hi, Tricia, I took the Silverman's Beginning Digital Photography class here at BP a couple years ago. They were awesome! Always there for you and had great critiques that left you feeling good about yourself....:-) Bob

Thank you Bob and Kerry for your response. I think I will probably take the Silverman's class.
