Red-necked Phalarope
First time I have seen this bird. It Breeds in the Arctic then migrates to the tropics. It was in the pond that I shoot at for about 15 minutes before it flew north.

  Nice capture Terry. Beautiful bird, great shot. In Arizona near Tucson people have been seeing an Arctic Tern this past week. It does not seem to be their normal migration route from the Arctic to Antarctica.
