Believe it or not, I never saw this giant work of art until THIS Independence Day, and it was pure serendipity that brought me to it!

It's called "Big Ben at Franklin Town" and it is located at 17th and Vine Streets. The artists are Alexander L. Generalis and Tom Miles (1992).
