I find this photo interesting, if a bit dizzy-making. It reminds me of the atmosphere in some of Kafka's novels and stories. #2220

Vasko, you might try this again with an FLD (term?) filter and/or a flash or tungsten slide film without flash to help screen the green put out by that lab-like fluorescent lighting. This is your school, I gather. You realize the board of education uses flourescent lighting in order to make all students bug-eyed so that the teachers might have a better success rate at hypnotizing young minds....An old Nazi trick. :) #3466

Lol @ mind-washing trick!

Had I used a flash I would have not been able to get the blur. Generally speaking I like it when a shot has one dominant color (green in this case). I should buy a filter, though. Probably would have not used it in this photo, anyway, but it is a good advice to get one.

Thanks for taking the timeto comment, guys! Gerda, I am not familiar with Kafka (sounds Russian). I should check his/her stuff out :)

Geez, you are young--or maybe those flourescent lights are having an effect on your brain. Kidding.

Kafka was a writer of some rather complex "nightmares." He's dead now--died in the 20's or so. He was from Austria, I believe. His most reknown work might be The Metamorhposis, which is about a man who wakes up one morning and discovers he's become a giant insect. His work is considered classic and he, one of the great writers of the time--and probably to some, in the present time as well.

Interesting that you've not heard of him. Young people (guys especially) usually like Kafka's stuff--you should check out The Metamorphosis--you'd probably love it. Beware. Most people need the cliff notes to go along with it. I've not read the book myself, but I would definitely need help understanding it. #3495

I am a Stephen King fan! I enjoy reading and if this guy is as famous as you claim he is, I am surprised I have not heard of him. Hmmm...my curiosity grows....
